Exhibitors
We propose a number of formulas for industrial and professional partners. These include exhibitors’ booths and sponsors’ packs. 22 exhibitors’ booths provided in the vicinity of the auditorium and the coffee break area will give your company high visibility and enable you to interact with the participants throughout the conference.
Exhibitors booths
The exhibitors’ booths of either 6 m2 or 9 m2 are equipped with:
- partition walls in grey or wood colour melamine, steel tubes,
- 1 table and 3 chairs,
- a rail of 3 spots,
- a flag sign,
- a 1.5kW electrical supply with plug.
Price of the booths for 4 days: 2000 € (excl. tax) for 6 m2, 2600 € (excl. tax) for 9 m2.
Each booth includes the entrance for two persons with access to coffee breaks and Monday and Tuesday evening "Aperitifs".
