Templates for papers

Templates work best when you install the document template (.dot file) on your computer.
Please follow these instructions to install them on your computer and to use them to prepare your paper. 

PLEASE NOTE: These WORD templates (.dot) contain macros. Two macros are available:  Full Page Width Macro and Column Format Macro. You may need to change your macro security settings to use these macros  (see instructions here).
